Default OCD---ING About Mustang sport touring seat

I ordered the mustang vintage sport touring seat for my heritage.Recent back problems led me in the direction of seats with backrest. Also ol lady was looking for a more comfortable seat for her too.I liked the c&c 2 up seats but she didnt like her spot. She wanted the 14 inch passenger seat from mustang,so i paired it up with the sport touring solo with the back rest,so i could loose the rear seat when she isnt with me.
Belive it or not the stock seat for me isnt that bad imo,but i wanted to get a smaller looking seat and loose the studs.for those of you that have this seat, where does it sit you on the bike compared to the stock seat.Im hoping it does not move me to forward or up to much, stock position was fine.I opted for this model over the wide touring because of looks.Would you say its pretty comfortable seat, can you sit in the saddle for hours at a time? And anyone have a pic or 2 with this seat on your ride that would be great.

On another note i have a set of 551 easy start gear cams for sale in the milti-part section of the forum if anyone is intrested. Thanks for responses in advance.

I have the Sport Touring Vintage Solo Seat Part No. Part Number: 76250 & the Sport Touring Vintage Rear Seat Part No. 76251. I have done 500+ mile days with my bad back and have had no problems with the seat. With the back rest version I can't imagine it being any worse than the one I have. I like the seat, wife likes the passenger seat (she said it took a while to break in).

It doesn't move you forward a whole lot. There is also alot of extra back support with the passenger pillion on. I've had lots of compliments on the looks of it as well.

This is a picture with the entire setup on the bike.

I've got the Mustang sport touring seat with passenger backrest for my 2012 Fat Boy. I really like it, particularly the backrest (great improvement in back support over the stock seat). It also looks good. I didn't really notice that the seating position had changed, I guess if it is different it's not very noticable.
I'll admit I've wondered whether a extra-wide version might be a bit more comfortable on extra-long rides, and I wish I'd had the chance to try it. However that doesn't change the fact that I love my Mustang seat.

I have the wide vintage and the wide pillion. Good for the long haul.
