This was a bitch. But it works and I'm happy with it. Painted the covers while I had them apart to match the bike. Ignore the ugly black parts they will be chrome soon.

Well done, now go to eBay and buy loads of them and do them in several HD stock colors. Partner with jd1 and you'll be in a magazine with bikini babes.

Lol it was seriously a pain in the ***, the tolerances are so close inside the covers it was extremely tight fit. No interest in doing another set anytime soon.

I just like the painted control switch cover idea. Never even thought of it, but it is a most excellent idea, indeed!
