Bars are 1.5" diameter crushed tube by a shop in CA (RSI Design). I wanted something a little different than the apes you normally see and the crushed tube is definitely different. The bars have the sharp corners rather the rounded corners like the Flyin Apes. Sometimes I wish I just ordered the Flyin Apes, but overall I am happy with the way my bars turned out and look. They are 15 - 16" tall, but probably sit a little higher because of low seat height. I have ridden several 6 hour rides at 75 - 90 mph with no discomfort.
