I have my bike hooked up to a battery tender. The oil is new. If i start it up how long should i let it run? I've heard so many stories not to start cold and not ride. I'm just wondering why and what kind of stresses it puts on your bike.
If my OL nipples are poking through her blouse I don't jump on and ride right away. I let her warm up first.
Yeah, I got it from a dealer in Dallas and no free battery tender for me. I did get 2 T-shirts and a helmet for free. I'm going to see if Wally Mart has one of these tenders. I just worry (too much) about the electronics cooking.

It doesnt stress your bike not to ride it after start up. If you dont ride it condensation will build up in the motor.
I have a 2013 road king and it away for winter and it's about 20 at night and 35 in day time. I put a trickle charger on it.
In your manual it will tell you how many volts or amps you should not exceed.
Sorry for the threadjack, but I just had to say:
I am not a fan of Road Kings, but that color and bag configuration on your bike looks awesome!!
to remedy the situation just plug in the block heater a few hours before you want to start it.The water temp should be slightly warm to the touch then the condensation wont be as bad
