Called a FLSTF (Fatboy). It is a member of the softail family. Many, if not most, of the parts of a'91, '94 and '99 Fatboy should/will interchange. They all have 80 C.I. Evolution (EVO) motors stock. They share most, if not all of the same accessories too. The one pictured has an S&S air cleaner that may be covering a S&S carb, which is a good thing, so that bike may have other performance goodies too. It also appears to have an aftermarket exhaust system and an aftermarket LePara seat. I have not looked to closely, but the tool kit on the left side is kind of nice, but seems as though it is mounted incorrectly.
