I Need Two, How 'Bout you
Harley's, at least the older ones, are so shall we say, maintenance intensive, that I need two. How about you.
Today, my '95 springer had a flat on the way to work, and the gas cap mysteriously disappeared. As a result, I have to ride my '05 Ultra to work tomorrow. It's only about the ten-thousandth time I've had to fall back on my second Harley when my first choice for the day was non-functional.
I have two, how about you?

But, to give my 2 cents, that 1st choice bike will outlast the new junk Harley puts out. Don't give up on her. Just put in the time to keep her going and enjoy it. Spend more time on your 1st choice ride and it won't let you down.

I'm really wanting to pick up a older Evo softail to strip down on the cheap to make it my little hot rod bike and keep the bagger for longer needed rides. Best of both worlds. And workin on the older Evo softails is so much easier and cheaper vs the new 200 rear tires that's why I sold my 2006 train.
