Congrats, My good friend here at work just paid his heritage off this year as well, We are all picking on him to go get a newer one but instead he is taking the extra cash & fixing the girl up this winter making her look & run like new again

Thanks everybody! I'm thinking about some cams and a shotgun shock as my next mods...will start another savings account for those. If the shotgun shock really makes her ride like a touring bike, then my next motorcycle will probably be either a Crossbones, Bad Boy, or a Shovelhead rebuild/project (not sure which route I want to take). I just want to make sure the Heritage is set up perfect before throwing money at another bike...it will be with me for life. Thanks for the congrats and this forum has been the most helpful place for me as a relatively new Harley owner and doing all my own mods/maintenance. Ride safe.

 

I don't care what ANYONE say's but a bike is a whole lot more fun when it's paid for! Somehow that ,3,4,$500 a month payment just takes away a little bit of the fun out of it. As for the mods? The shotgun is awesome and you will never regret it if you treat yourself to it. JD is super cool too, he will fix you up in a hurry. OH, Don't forget, they are still on sale to members of this site until the 1st of the year too.
