I am looking at getting a set of 13 inch gangster apes soon for my 06 FB. I just need to know if my current cables will work. I already have 12 inch apes on that are wider than the gangsters, but I know Carlini run taller than advertised. So if someone could get me actual cable lengths I would appreciate it vary much. Or tell me what Plus you went with and I can cross reference it. Thanks again

Excuse my ignorance with regards to Gangster apes from Carlini but I didn't know they made or offered 13" Gangster apes. I thought they started out at 14". I could very easily be wrong because I have no experience with apes at all. I have nearly 40 years of riding experience but zero with apes. I have never rode a bike with apes. I am interested in this thread though because Carlini's are the 3rd thing on this winter's mods list. I have just in the past few months been looking, reading or asking questions about apes.

Rise (height) Available in: 13", 16", 18"



The Flying Apes are;

Rise (height), available in: 12", 14", 16", 18", 20"

Please Note: These bars run about an inch taller than advertised for the Flying Apes

 

Found some info on other sites and looks like I should be good with my +8 cables if anyone know different please let me know asap.
