Default Cheapest option for fixing my 03 Fatboy rear fender?

My kids were riding a four wheeler and clipped the rear fender and knocked the bike over. On the right side it is bent and the paint has flaked off. Would I be better off getting a replacement or maybe trying my luck at a body shop? It is a factory fender, black with stripes

Try ebay, you have a good chance of finding a black fender that you can just bolt on.

Very repairable. No body shop will work in it still on the bike. Take it off and make a couple stops to your local body shops and get a few quotes.

I have an 2002 Fat Boy fender. It's not black but it has no dents. I'll sell it cheap.

Careful, though, bondo is likely to vibrate right off the fender...
