I've got a line on a 2012 Blackline denim black for $12500. Vance and Hines pipes and intake, extra seat and bars. It has 1200 miles on it. The guy is firm on 12500. I like the bike. Does this seem like an exceptional deal? I've been searching the net and can't find another for near that price. Any opinions?

 

That is a great deal in my opinion.
Naturally with a good deal I would be skeptical and take a real close look at the bike.

 

He claims he's been relocated now needs a house more than a bike. Says 12500 is what he owes. I offered him $11000 but he wouldn't go for it.

Now I'm suspicious. I've talked to him a few times negotiating price. Now I left him a message telling him I'd give him his price and now he doesn't return my phone calls. I was hoping to have it in my garage this weekend. Looks like that's not happening.

 

Yea, that doesn't surprise me. You never know though, there have been other deals that go through that look too good to be true.
