"The Bruiser" comes to life !!
Well boys and girls here it is !!! After spending most of the summer waiting for powder coated parts (yes, i know i should have waited for the winter lol), and spending tons of time in my garage banging my head against the service manual trying to figure some stuff out "The Bruiser" is now alive.
Here are some pics I took yesterday. Haven't had a really nice day out here in NJ in a while so I haven't taken it out for a nice long ride since I finished putting it back together last week.
THere are no new parts added all I did was tare it all down leaving just the frame, engine and transmission intact. Everything else came off the bike and whatever was chrome is now gloss black.
I heat wrapped the pipes and spray painted my apes leaving chrome on just the part where the hand controls are attached to the bars.
I"ll put up some pics of what it looked like when i had it tore down and the finish product. I wanna thank all you guys who offered help when I was struggling with bleeding my brakes and pulling my primary apart.
The reason why I named it "The Bruiser" is cause it's black and blue. lolol I know i'm corny lolol.
For some reason the pictures I took with my camera are not uploading. they are .jpg files. i wonder why they are not working!!
I'm gonna put up some videos on youtube and then post links on here.

thank you fellers. yeah, she was psyched which was cool.
I don't think i'm putting any chrome on it for a long time.
The best thing to come out of this project is the fact that i am no longer intimidated to do anything to this thing. Next winter's project is a jokey shift and mini apes and it will be done all by me. Can't wait.
thanks again for the compliments!!!
