tank bolt won't budge help!

Put some anti-seize on it to avoid the same problem in the future.

If it had loctite on it a heat gun would have helped also. With a good heat gun you can localize the heat pretty well. Heat almost always works for me. If it has red Loctite, heat is the only way.

I've never tried it but I've heard equal parts of acetone and atf is the best when needing to break bolts loose
