My stomach is turned upside down over this. I purchased this bike for 25k with all upgrades all i am being treated like i just bought a Schwinn.


If I were treated like this after buying a Shwinn, I'd be very upset.

 

Id be pissed. what about a lemon law? I don't know about your state but most have them. good luck, and make them give you a loaner. Mike

 

Good point. New York does have a lemon law and it sounds like he is either already qualified for it or damn close.

Going to look into it because at 25k at large and 900miles I cant accept an answer like "If you hands are on the handlebars the bike rides straight"

 

i would ask for a new bike and let the dealership return it or whatever they want to do with it... isnt my care just get me one that works right.
if it wasnt welded perfectly you could have these problems...we are humans and we make our machines and our jigs, things wear out tools get abused bla bla bla.

get a new one and let them figure it out
