Duragloss makes some good products for water spots

Also, Meguiars ScratchX works good for removing water spots

If they are aluminum why not try the mothers power ball mini with the mothers power metal aluminum polish. I use it on my polished aluminum rear wheel and it works great.

I use Colonel Brassy. Works pretty good. I was told it won't harm any unpainted metals on my bike. I cut it down to a 1:5 ratio.
