Obsolete part #. I believe anything not too popular is declared obsolete after 5 yrs by H-D. Keep hoping to find someone who has bought up old stock and puts them up for sale on EBay or something.
Great gauge just don't boost off a car battery. My batt went bad on our way to florida. And with the high compression in the motor we couldn't push start it so we hooked a car up to it. Got the bike running to the next dealer but blew the gauge. Had to replace it.
Everone,
I was in my favorite H/D Shop and saw this Speedo / Tack that has over 600 Color variations, all the bells and whisles stuff. A friend of mine said not to buy it. It's good for two or three years and then goes down hill from there. He suggested buying a Dakota Digital instead. What do ya think. Go for it or not?
You know you already have a tach with gear selected, rpm etc on your bike. You can toggle to several read outs with switch by left grip. It isnt any color deal, but displays all but ambient temp and compass will display.
