I bought one of those cheap chrome spoke wheels off ebay three years ago (dont remember the company), started rusting bad after one year of use and split apart this summer while i was riding. There's a reason they are inexpensive

Totally agree. I bought mine from Hogpro... Not cheap, but great quality and look.

just my 2 cents. white walls on solid wheels dont go well together. put some spokes on and white walls cant be beat.
