I like the way it sounds, nice deep rumble. I also like the way they look. I wouldn't change them, but thats just my opinion.

 

I think they sound great and look good. Nice Harley tone. I wouldn't spend $ on new pipes, add some chrome goodies, you'll probably be happier. Just my two cents worth. Ride safe and enjoy that nice softail. Jr.

 

Sounds great I just put Rush slip ons on mine and they sound great. I love to crack the throtle when go under under passes! By the way I live only about 20 minutes from you!

 

wait before you change anything. ride your bike for a summer and see what you think on rides, they may be fine, too loud, or a vibration you dont like.. if you are planning to keep this bike for awhile, set it up for your rideing comfort. just my opinion

 

i didn't know what the color combos were called til i saw urs. thats cool. we got the same color bikes and live in the same area.we should go riding when the weather breaks. where are u located?
oh. and i always crack it under overpasses too. i work in atlantic city. and when i take the bike in to work, i will take the expansion tunnel. talk about a sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet sound. i love it,the cars hate it. its so loud. actually that was my dyna. i've only had this since tuesday.

Good looking bike. I have the rush slip ons as well, and I love the way it sounds.

Does anybody out there have peacemaker pipes? What do you reckon to them, is the switch a gimmick or do they really work were you impressed and how do they sound? Many thanks

 

Keep 'em. They are awsome! Buy something else you would like just as much but the pipes can stand as they are. JMO.
