I had a bad dealing with fairing factory directly. Jason there is a complete moron not to mention a liar. After I ordered mine, I read tons of bad reviews from the touring forum. I heard they are thinner than OEM, and do not hold their shape at the top opening, making for a bad lid fit. I cancelled my order and went with topshopcarbon.com fiberglass bags. Little pricey, but they are great bags.
