There's some awesome Slims in this thread!!!

I just passed the 500 mile mark on my '13. Here she sits with the basics: Mustang seat and fender bib (covers the clear film when not riding two up), Cobra slip-ons, no mistaking the heavy breather (ecm flashed), red plug wires, Cobra Power pro will install this week and black multi-colorlight HD speedo/tach.

Other plans are not many but will include, shotgun shocks, and probably some mini apes. I've noticed that my left elbow starts to "burn" due to the angle of my palm position. Pronation is not what it should be due to an old injury, so I need to find a bar that allows my palm to grip at an angle less than horizontal.

I like the Cobras, and with the breather installed the bike performs much better over stock, (duh), but what I noticed more than a bump in torque and HP was the smoothness in acceleration.

The Mustang seat, for my needs, is a big comfort boost over stock, and when I hit a hard bump I don't feel like my a** while slide off the back.

Default Here's my new Slim

Picked it up last week and the rest of my parts came in Friday. Worked on it all weekend with my buddy and we finished it up yesterday late afternoon. I'm loving the way it turned out. My son digs it too. Here's the rundown on the parts list. Shotgun shock, Progressive Drop In (I went 2"), V&H pipes and FuelPak, Ness Big Sucker, H-D grips and mirrors, H-D black fork cans, Taylor Plug wires, custom fit stainless splash guard, removed belt guards, Ness 1" shortened kickstand, and a few more goodies to come.

Mustang takes pride in providing comfort and the correct riding position to provide maximum comfort for its riders (and passengers). Nice match with the fender bib. Great look on the Slim!
