I'm a fan of the ammo can, but then I am a bit biased.

So below are some part numbers for you to start with. Be aware
that this is not a simple remove/replace operation especially where
the ECM/frame covers are concerned. I encourage you to download
the V-Twin catalog and look at the different seat options or even
get one from Harley if you want. Also be aware that the frame cover
I started with has holes in it for barrel springs. I closed those and
drilled a new single hole for the pogo-mount to pass through.

Here's what I used:
HD solo-seat installation kit #52000014 (this consists of both frame & ECM covers
below, as well as alot of other hardware that you really may not need)

Lower Frame Cover : 49800-10
ECM (upper frame) Cover #69200097 : FXS / FLS
V-Twin Mfg pogo-style seat mount # VT 31-0313
V-Twin Mfg Corbin-Gentry police seat # VT 47-0246

I would also suggest doing more searches as there are quite a few threads
about these conversions with pictures of how people did it differently.

Lastly - there are no instructions with any of the V-Twin parts, but you'll
get instructions with the Harley solo-seat installation kit.

Hope this helps,

T.

All I do is just surround your picture URL with the IMG tags,
opening tag "[IMG]" and closing tag "[/IMG]"
(leave off the quotes on the tags when you do this for real)

hope this helps,

T.

Thanks ! The coil is a blackline or breakout one and I made the cover with an aftermarket coil cover + Fork Co point cover. Concerning the fork brace, it's a mix of a Kustom Tech that I had to adapt to my fork. 👍🏻

Thank you for the nice words. The tank is the genuine Slim tank that we cut in five parts to loose some width (about 3,5") and had welded back. Quite a job !

Hi, great looking bike! Can i just ask what risers you have fitted, and did you need to extend the cables, or are the standard cables long enough? I have had my Softail Slim for about 18 months, and have been looking through this thread at all of the great bikes for inspiration. So many ideas now i dont know what to do!!! Will post some pics soon.

Just a couple updated pics. Lowered front to match the rear and blacked out forks. Whitewalls coming the end of the week

Great pics! Can't wait to see with WW's. My only change would be to move the signals down from the bars or swap them for some small LEDs up top.
