not knocking the product but it looks like two eyes and a nose on the side of the bike. all you need is a smile by the shift linkage and you have a smiley face on the left side of the bike.
Going to do the HD oil cooler and paint the chrome cover black and see how that works with the new pipes.

Went to my HD shop today and looked at the Slim again. Even with the current trade in deal, I just can't afford the difference over my Dyna. The salesman told me that my bike handles better than the Slim, but it is a very smooth and more stable ride than the Dyna. Maybe in the future. tp I'll keep looking at the pics here and wishing.
Having been lucky enough to have road raced a few seasons, I can tell you this... If not for the Slim's poor *** ground clearance, I wouldn't hesitate at all

That is my only concern, well other than cost. The Dyna can be thrown into turns and hold its line, w/o worrying about scraping parts. Had a StreetGlide, RoadGlide and a Heritage, and scraped the boards way too often on them all. Don't need t go there again. To me, the Slim is the best looking bike MoCo builds, but until I don't have the " I need my bike to TURN IN hard" mindset, the Slim will still just be a dream. tp
