Ok. I actually went watched a video but there were no words or explanation.

I thought it was something that ran while you are riding. Back head gets super hot and I was considering a shield.

Yeah! It does. It just continues to run when you shut your bike off till it gets it down to a specific temperature. But, it runs while you are riding.

Do Wards Fans help with the hot oil cap at all? I can't use my crotch cooler with my 2-up seat (the friggin' tab in the front is so short) and the cap is getting super hot when I'm riding. The 2-up seat is so comfy, though...

not knocking the product but it looks like two eyes and a nose on the side of the bike. all you need is a smile by the shift linkage and you have a smiley face on the left side of the bike.
Going to do the HD oil cooler and paint the chrome cover black and see how that works with the new pipes.

your salesman is just that.
Having been lucky enough to have road raced a few seasons, I can tell you this... If not for the Slim's poor *** ground clearance, I wouldn't hesitate at all

That is my only concern, well other than cost. The Dyna can be thrown into turns and hold its line, w/o worrying about scraping parts. Had a StreetGlide, RoadGlide and a Heritage, and scraped the boards way too often on them all. Don't need t go there again. To me, the Slim is the best looking bike MoCo builds, but until I don't have the " I need my bike to TURN IN hard" mindset, the Slim will still just be a dream. tp
