Very cool WKNDS! I like the nostalgic horn placement!
Is it possible the horn could contact the top of the front fender?
If, not, this is a cool looking mod.
Does that post seat have a shock damper? I have 2 springs, but I was wondering if shocks would be worth the effort. If having a damper under the seat is worth it, I might go ahead with my planned 2 shocks under the seat. Or I might try your pogo seat set up.

For anyone wondering: YES, the springs make a huge difference and soften harsh bumps, potholes etc.

Great job on your Slim!

There's a hair over 2-1/2 inches. Heres a link to another thread
with more pictures.

Yes, it's not much of a "damper" - maybe 1/2-3/4" or so. I like the
pogo version since it makes the seat appear to "float" out over the
rest of the frame...

Thanks! I try to add subtle changes (without bling) such that you have
to look twice to realize its not stock....

Today’s project. Black lowers, cans, covers, nacelle, and Ricor Intiminators. I’ll try and get some better pics tomorrow if it’s decent out.

Love the tank emblems Otter. Been considering those and the headlamp trim.

Only had time for a quick pic last Sunday before heading out. Probably don't belong in the Slim thread, but it is still an FLS.

Looks good Greg. Did you use heritage rear struts with that rear fender?
