Softtail SLIM - Let's see the Pics!!!

Here's an updated pic of my scoot with the new HD Black Diamond Solo Spring Seat fitted.
Makes the Slim look even more old school/retro. Rides as comfortable as any solo seat so no change there. I do sit higher up on the bike now which makes handling different, much easier to lean into corners now - which means I scrap the footboards a lot more. Haha.

Not the best pic's but here is my latest, seeing how everyone is blacking out the front and I like to follow my own beat I'm contemplating going with chrome fork sliders, bars and primary cover. Other than the obvious in the pic's I had the seat reupholstered with the gel insert and stage one download.
IF I was single and rode Solo the I'd love Ur bike.. Ur bike has a great balance of chrome/ black IMO..

No, I can't fit the pillion seat now. I'll have to swap back to the original seat if I want a passenger with me. Change over would be pretty quick.
No, I didn't know you could fit a wider tyre on the rear. What's the widest tyre that can be fitted?

Chrome won't get ya Home!
Maybe this should have gone in DIY/Cheap mods.
Anyway, I decided I didn't like the 'bling' factor of the standard handlebar clamp, so a raid on a fellow club-members' parts stash turned up a Sportster item.
A quick cleanup & paint plus polished Stainless bolts and (in my opinion) a set-up which 'fits' better with the Slims overall look.
On another point - yet again - short bolts! The 1/2" UNC bolts that secure the clamps to the top yoke could be at least another half-in long! Are Harley getting cheap on their fasteners? This isn't the first instance I've noticed either.
