Thanks Nydrin.

No, I have no complaints about the Penzl exhaust. Great quality and very reliable. I like the sound, too.

The weather has been great in the upper Midwest the past week. Taking full advantage of it!

Oldbanjoman,,
I got your PM but for some reason I can't reply to you in a PM.
In answer to your question about the fairing;

I think the reason why the seller says it doesn't fit is because Memphis Shades has not stated that it fits. Another words they didn't test it.

I have a 03 Fatboy and the fairing fits it as well. Front end mounts are the same.
I use the black trigger lock part #2320-0091.
I did not have to do any modifications to put the fairing on.

Hope you see this and it helps.
Happy motoring.

Got a little tired of HID bulbs going out on me, so broke down and got the LED headlamp. Lights up the night like nobody's business and goes well with my Custom Dynamics ringz. Good for oncoming cagers here in L.A. during the day as well.

Thanks Lutz! And thanks again for the advice.

I'm digging the light so far. I have to get used to the horizon effect it creates with the beam. But you can't argue with its ability to light up the road.
