this is exactly what ive been looking to do to my bike with the sissy bar and luggage rack. care to tell me what parts those are?

I would like to know more on the passenger pillion you mounted. I am receiving my new Slim in 1, max 2 weeks and I know I will ride with my wife (not too long trips). Is it comfortable enough in your opinion? I love the look (of course Solo would be better....)

Thanks buddy! Did you have to mod the sissy bar or luggage rack to have both of them on the same time? Also I'm new to the motorcycle world (second year of riding) what and how do you strap things to the luggage rack?

 

It looks like a t-bag (yes, that's what it's called) and they just slip over the sissy bars. Then you just strap (or bungee) it down to the luggage rack.

Just Google "t-bag" with "Harley" or "motorcycle" and you'll see all kings of shapes & styles.

 

No modifications needed on either bar or rack.
I used only two of the many provided straps for mounting.

I don't know if it's been said, but the 1985-2003 sportster luggage rack fits the slim and is only $50.00 on Ebay just put one on my bike. Only in chrome no black.

 

Just got it and only 288mi.
