I don't always ride an 883, but when I do I make it a Slim.

debating on either going with the narrow beach bars or ape hangers... what do you guys think?

K.Harland, you ever ride two up? How are the short shots on your passengers right foot? And ears?

Looks great dude. Are you going to get the seat that matches the bag? In regards to your bars I think it's entirely up to you. My preference is never beach bars unless it's a deluxe style bike.

the short shots are loud but tolerable and well its a solo bike for right now. my girlfriend is terrified of bikes so I made it a strict solo rider.

Default Just got it home from store

would love to put the red striped wheels and balck pipes on it and maybe the whie walls to. I wonder how much that would run me? I guess i would need the stage 1 upgrade. but for now through the winter, It will remain as below. need to save a few $$$

Default Collected my new Slim

Rode the Dyna for the last time yesterday to go to dealer and ride home on my new Slim.
Here it is sitting in the showroom before being wheeled out for me to ride away.

The new HD white vintage grips hadn’t arrived yet, so they couldn’t be fitted.
I wanted a Vivid Black Slim as it’s the cheapest one, and I intend doing a custom paint job before too long anyway, but the dealer had a red one in stock and did it for the same price as the black one so I wasn’t going to complain. I quite like the Ember red paint on the tank at any rate and may just add some cream scallops to it instead.
Had to have to stock tank badges replaced with some vintage ones though.

A few pics in the early evening sun taken on the extended long way home ride.

And here’s a few shots of that customised Slim that I mentioned a few weeks back. I was mistaken though about the signature Warr’s copper oil lines being fitted though.
Note the custom made leather sleeve over the Hollywood bars cross brace.
