What was the shotgun shock install like? I'm thinking of doing it to my deluxe.

I get so used to seeing nothing but two tone Deluxe's, that one forgets how nice black bikes look. Great job and nice pictures.

Looks nice. I have bags for mine to but I also like it better bare bones. Also a two tone here and the all black is just as nice. That SS is awesome, is it not? I think if I change up my exhaust im going with the 39's.

I love the pipes, just wish I woulda went longer though. But I rub with those pipes as it is so longer likely won't be in the cards for me.

But the shock hands down best mod ever. They look is sweet but man it rides so much better now. The install is easy if you have a motorcycle jack, and follow directions. I installed the front bolts first and for the life of me I couldn't get the swing arm bolts in, retread the directions and followed them and it was a breeze. Lost about 2 hours dicking with it trying to get the bolts in before I finally broke down and read the directions. One thing that would have made it easier would be a ratcheting 3/4" wrench for the swing arm bolts, I was only getting maybe a 1/4 turn on the wrench and it took for ever to get them in and out.

I can see how JD does it in a few hours though.

Sweet! All you're missing is a 21" up front!

I am thinking of 18" front and 16" rear fat daddies chrome rim with black spokes but can't decide if I want to pull the trigger. Don't like the 21" front all that much though.

Torn between apes and beach bars at the moment.

Tank emblem is from Harley. Cheaper than eBay, was only $70 or so. I took the idea from others on here, there is lots of posts about it. Search panhead tank emblem
