I'm 65 and 5'4" 165 lbs and I bought my first bike in oct 11 and it is a 2004 heritage and it is very easy to handle and super comfortable in town and on road trips. I had it lowered 1 and a half inches all around and it fits me well. I think it is a practical choice whatever your size is. good luck with whatever choice you make and ride safe!
