1996 heritage speedo problem

Guys need help. Lookin for a speedometer for a 1996 heritage softail. No luck locally. Needing by 08/01/12 will pay$$$ HELP. Sturgis is close. Need it before we leave. Speedo has burnt wires and only 6k miles. My buddy has had it since new
