Default 2011 FXDC For 2005 Soft Tail Deluxe?

I have a dealer/friend who wants to trade me a mint condition FLSTNI (black and white, 15,000 miles) for my 2011 FXDC. What do you think?

I think you'd be real happy, but then again I am partial to the Deluxe. How many miles on your bike?

Bottom line, it's your call.

I's suggest taking the Deluxe for a nice long test ride before making any decisions. I test rode every model in the softail line before I got rid of my FXDX. I ended up with my FXST because it felt like "the one". Now, a year later, I'd give anything to be back on a Dyna. Just my

I wouldn't do it. You'll get an older bike, more miles, and 5 speed 88" instead of 6 speed 96"

^^^^Yeah that ^^^^

But you're the one that has to decide what you're after. The Deluxe is a nice bike for sure and likely a bit more comfy than your Dyna, but the Dyna is a darn fun bike.

+2 on this... As much as I love my bike, I'm not sure this is such a good deal, unless you absolutely hate your bike.
