Son, Your problem is pressure points on your hind end caused by the position that your bike has your body in while you ride. You can spend untold amounts of money changing angle on your bike....taking shot after shot into the dark.....or do what I did for instant relief. Pick up an AIR HAWK seat cushion, follow the instruction in the box, and drive off happily into the sunset.
A little bit a air in that multi-celled blatter, and all pressure is distributed evenly. I swear by mine.

Update time...
I spoke with Sherry at Danny Gray yesterday. She was very nice and suggested I try moving my seating position first off by putting a towel behind my butt as a spacer to see if that helps... And it didn't help. I may try experimenting with different thicknesses and positions more. If I exhaust this option, we can look into customizing my Danny Gray seat. This option will cost a couple hundred bucks, and we won't know exactly what needs to be done as they wont have me in their shop to fit the seat to me.
In the meantime, I received the Custom Chrome oval floorboards I ordered and installed them. I haven't ridden extensively with them, but they seem to be helping so far! I left out the intemediate adjustable "dog bone", as I feel it would push my feet to wide away from the controls. I can operate the controls as is, but I will adjust both the brake and shifter pedals up if I decide to keep them.
Without further ado, here are some pictures of the ugliness I've created:
I'm not thrilled with the look, but not 100% disgusted if it means I can ride comfortably. If they work I'll look into fabbing some ultra-custom stirrups based on measurements of where I like my feet on the boards.

Sorry you let the inner lizard make your decision for you. No wonder the guy only put on 1800 miles. All that aside, it is a good looking bike. You will have to fork out for a different/better seat for sure. Very common with stock seats though, my Road King Classic stock seat sucks big time, and that's why I got a Sundowner.

Only thing I can offer is to do what I've posted in here for yrs..
I read this 20 YRS ago.. when deciding on bar height and setback..
Have some else hold Ur bike upright.
Sit on Ur bike and get comfortable.
Then with Ur eyes closed, reach up and pretend Ur ridding with Ur arms and hands out to get the feel of what U want.
Then measure where Ur hands are and get the bars that best match the measurements U took.
Do it several times to make sure U get what U want.

I supose if somebody had a bottomless budget, and an unlimited time frame, he could try every combination of high dollar custom seat, swap bars and floorboards till the cows come home as well....until he finds what works best for him.
I'd bet a dollar to a donut that and cheap little ol' Air Hawk cushion would cure this boy's trouble. Know why????? Cause it sure worked for me.

I loosen the stock bars and adjust them with my eyes closed to where they feel comfortable and then lower them 1" to account for the wind blowing against you while riding.
