I also have to say the customer support at Big Barn Harley Davidson is above par. Great experience, wish I were here on more favorable terms.

Are they charging you storage? I live 1.5 hours from big barn. I know we have members in Des Moines. Sorry I didn't see this post sooner.

Glad your bike is fixed. You made the right call on the abort heading back. It's good to hear the guys at Big Barn took care of you. Lotta folks on here are down on dealerships, personally I have always had decent experiences with them, even at Cape Fear. Now you can enjoy your ride back instead of sweating the timeline. You might as well build in the Dragon's Tail on your trip back--add a day, but it'll be worth it detour and not completely out of the way.

Yep! My VR went out spiking at 18v. Took out a few relay's. Thank god it didnt take out the stator.
