Default You lowered guys drag a lot?

So my rear has the 2" lowering bolts in, and I have been thinking about doing the front to match. I do about half 2 up riding. When I am by myself, I very rarely drag anything, when she is on the back, I have to be careful making right turns or my fat cat will drag. On left turns my stand drags some too, but I am not worried about that.

My question, I dont think the front lowered will make the exhaust rub any worse, maybe even a little less, but do you guys drag anywhere else a lot?

I scraped the primary on my FXSTC at stock height riding two-up.
It was a decreasing radius turn and I was only going about 20-25mph.

I don't have my front end lowered and don't ride slammed with my Shotgun, so I can't give you any feedback on your setup.

I'm 2" lower front and rear, put about 1000 miles on it like this so far, and no issues dragging. I ride pretty hard and all the parts are scratch free.

I have the rear lowered about 1 3/4" and the front still stock and have had a couple of minor scrapes.

you would be surprised to know that I dragged the pipes less after lowering my front, because the angle changes and the point that drags first is the rear tip of the lower pipe usually.

I don't drag and I'm 2" in ft and the shotgun pretty slammed in the rear, it's all about how you ride it.

+1. The more body you throw into the turn, the less the bike has to lean. You can pull a pretty tight high speed turn with a fairly shallow lean if you hang your *** off the seat and shift your weight.

I lowered my last bike, but the roads around here are way to rough for me to consider lowering the softail. The frame on the old bike would touch the old driveway culvert heave. I put saddle bags on to cover the fender gap. I took some hard fast turns the other day and my wife said my bags were close to touching, lol! I did scrape my lower BR 2-2 with stock suspension with 2-up riding last year.

I am lowered 2" in the front and as low as I can go in the rear without hitting the tires. I cannot turn to the left or the right without scraping the pipes or the sidestand. so if I go in a straight line I am good to GO! hahahah!

I can't go over speed bumps and gotta run pretty slow thru corners or I scrap the frame or boards. I got a deluxe dropped 2' in the rear only
