New to the forum, can anyone tell me if this is a factory paint set? It's a 2003 heritage springer. I've seen several of the same paint sets but they are olive green and black. This is birch white and maybe some sort of emerald green? Just looking for some info. If there's a better place to post this, please let me know. Thanks guys!

Thumbs up

While "I" personally am not a fan of green... - This is a nice color of green, and a very good attempt at replicating an HD custom tin set. HD offered custom tin sets in '01 Black/Red, '02 Birch/Red, '03 Green/Black.

So this is custom paint job - and a very nice one especially the tank sides w/logo.

Nice bike dude!

You should also check out the HSOA web forum - dedicated to the HD Heritage Springers from 97-03 - http://www.heritagespringer.com/

Thank you very much for the info! Yes I tried that website but it doesn't seem to be active. This site seems to be much more on the ball. Thanks again.

HSOA is very active and specific to the heritage Springer.

That is not a factory paint. Who ever did it, did a nice job

Uh, really?! You sure you logged in? LOL

I know it is very active... as HSpring03 mentioned, and who is also one of the admins... I know I am also on there about everyday.

There is WAY more info and peeps with intimate knowledge of these bikes... give it a go again... and make sure you intro yourself in the new members area, and tag the threads your interested in to notify you via email of activity.

That's a good looking bike, but it is a custom paint job. Unique, modern and retro all at the same time.
