Kinda makes me wonder. Is the Springer really gone for good, or just for now?
Skeez, it's amazing to have been able to watch the transformation of your bike. She really looks good now.
Thanks man! It's been a fun ride in more ways than one getting her to this point. I am glad you approve despite the reflectors still being on her!!!

Thanks Crash! I am really happy with the way it's turning out. Still some details I want to work out but she's real close. Here is a picture of her I took this weekend after a short ride. What I love about denim black: She is actually dirty as hell because of all the miles I have put on her in the last two months commuting to work. Even in person from a few feet away the scoot still looks great and it's not until you are practically on it that you can see all the splattered bugs, dirt streaks and dust that covers every inch of the machine!
Once I get my seat pan completed I will post photos but for now, this picture represents all of the completed changes thus far.
Having sat for months the bike was filthy. Began removeing parts and washed it last night ... looks better already. I plan to rebuild the carb, hopefully this weekend, then at least run her through the gears to ensure there are no trans issues.
Here's my 91' Springer Softail before and after....
I am looking to get some fat spoke wheels(all black) but hard to find set because of year and Springer front. Any suggestions?
