Is the under seat pan super faded, or is it just the pic? If it is, you could hit it with some plastic paint. Krylon Fusion works great. So does the Valspar stuff.
I sanded the battery cover in order to paint it. I used Rustoleum for Plastic and the black came out at least 2 shades lighter than I hoped. It's nowhere near the Vivid Black of the bike. I'll post another picture with the fully painted battery cover soon. The Cross Bones Beach Bars are hopefully going on this weekend which will really change the look of things!

Here's mine...1997 FLSTS. Had it since 1998, had 823 miles on it when I bought and I am the third owner. Put roughly 36000 miles on it and looked good doing it! Always loved that springer front end!
Here is my take on the FXSTS.
It is a 2000 with screamin eagle cams, ported and polished heads, vance and hines competition series exhaust, dechromed, custom made rear fender, lowered in the rear.
Soon to be lowered in the front and maybe some pinstriping.
