My experience with wrap wasn't good.
I loved the look for about a month but then, it doesn't stay black, it will start turning white, unless you spray it again with some ceramic paint. I felt it put off more heat to my leg than with the heat sheild.

i have my own powder coating shop and i do ceramic coatings too.yes you can coat used pipes.you are better off using old pipes because the right way to ceramic coat is to strip the part to bare metal so you should have the chrome stripped off...so why mess up a new set of chrome pipes....

I have a question about ceramic coating. I had my pipes done last week and when I went to install them they chip really really easy. I can almost chip the paint off with my finger nail ! How durable is should the paint be ??
