I'm about to order a flag mount for my Softail Deluxe sissy bar, but the info out there is conflicting. Some ads say the 5/8" is for softails, and some say the 9/16" is for softails.

I got a measuring tape out and it looks like my sissy bar is 5/8" but really those two measures are so darn close.

Can anyone verify which one is correct? Thank you.

 

not sure of your size, (c maybe ), but may i suggest using a open end wrench to measure round bar or anything round.
