It had the cheesy HD sprung seat on it when I bought it...can't stand a bike with suspension having a sprung seat....no offense to anyone who has a sprung seat on a bike with suspension......just not for me.
Just got back from a 4 day 900 mile trip....the Blackline was flawless...
Yeah I already took the reflectors off and changed the seat and grips and pegs. I just have to get some new pics up. This pick was the day I bought the bike. Still had the 30 day tags.
Not sure who makes the bars, the service department at Cape Fear Harley put them on and had it sitting in the showroom just like it is in the pic when I bought it.
The mini apes are super comfortable. They fit my arm length perfect. I love'em. I'm not sure who makes them, they were already installed by the dealership before the bike was set out to sale.
This will be my next bike. I will know shortly, tomorrow, if my 09 SG is totaled. Crashed on Friday, May 4th due to a cager texting. I knew before I went into surgery Saturday that this would its replacement.

Had a Dyna and Tourer, but never a softy.
Sorry to hear that bro, as long as your OK thats the main thing..
I don't know why people don't like the rear skinny tire when the deluxe shares the same width
I guess it has something to do with the rear fender
I would of done with the Todds Cycles had they come in 16" or 18" so instead I went with Burlieghs 16"
For me, the skinny vs. fat thing just depends on the look you are going after. I've seen plenty of both I like. It was the simple look of old hardtail bobbers that made Harley appeal to me when I was riding other brands (it was the sound too). I guess that is why I like the narrower back tire on the blackline. I do think lowering or a swingarm mounted fender improve on the look. I may lower mine at some stage.
For a stock setup, I could not be more happy with the handling of the blackline. You get to pick your line and it holds it without wobble or fuss. I've lit up the sparklers on the end of the pegs a few times - once in the black hills with my wife on back .
