Looking good....

You can't put a stock brake caliper back on.It will look awful... HHI baby... And in all seriousness, you may really not be able to reuse the Springer front caliper on an aftermarket rotor...

And the hits just keep on coming!

I'm hopeful that I can use by stock caliper, at least for a little while. Sinister has a HS in their gallery with a 21" front and matching rotor. It looks to be used with the stock caliper, though there is a chrome cover on it.

A 4 piston HHI caliper is on the list, just not at the top of the list.

Thanks for the heads up, and that looks damn nice on your HS. Bleeding chrome!

Before swapping to the aftermarket rotor you need to check the coverage area of the stock caliper on the stock rotor.... If you look at the spokes on my rotor... The stock caliper brake pad hangs lower and would have be into the spokes.

As seen here

Yeah, that could be a serious problem. I'll be sure to look at that as a potential issue.

What's the turnaround time on HHI for a new caliper? Do they use "just-in-time" production methods? Last thing I want is more waiting!

Check with tq745 on here & view his ride in his last thread, I'm sure he used the standard Caliper with his 21" front set up?

He and I exchanged a few PM's regarding the 21". I'll have to look at his pictures again, and see what's up. Thanks!

HHI are usually in stock. I've never waited for one

Do you recall the kind of pads that come with it? I was thinking about swapping to Lyndall Z+ pads since they are more "gentle" to the polished rotors.

Amazon has them too. Not as bad as I thought price-wise...I might just say screw it and make the purchase...
