Default Loudest fatboy pipes?

The dealership said they will throw on a set of pipes if I buy a new bike. I don't know much about them. I have a new Challenger SRT that I hollowed out the mufflers and removed the resonators. I like loud stuff and believe its safer and more fun. What are some of the loudest best sounding pipes that will pass Pa state emissions?

There are many 2 into 2 pipes that will be very loud. An example would be samson street sweepers (if they even make them anymore). I am not sure what you need to pass inspection so I cannot help you there.

Also an idea for a nice loud/good sounding pipe with good performance would be a thunderheader.

But basically any open pipe will be loud enough to **** off the neighbors. As far as what is the loudest??? Well that is a huge debate.

I have LA Chopper's Offenders on my 120" FatBoy, they are pretty loud but I doubt they'd pass any emission tests.

I have V&H BSS they are NOT the loudest, but are pretty darn loud.

These have a deep, low frequency rumble and the cams made it even better.

I have several friends with louder pipes than me, and almost everyone that hears us all say mine sound the best.

This is not me saying it, although I happen to agree with them

Believe me, you can hear my bike comin NO problem

The BSS look awesome and give great performance.
Many say better torque than other pipes, on the order of
a 2-into-1 due to the chamber.

My opinion (YMMV) is in descending order of importance:

1. performance
2. appearance
3. tone/pitch
4. decibels

I like loud. Loud is good. I dont think it should be the primary goal though...
Loud should be a fringe benefit

Look up Samson, Vance & Hines, Python, and Rush.
Find a set you like, then compare on youtube or look at your local dealers used bikes, see what pipes they have and fire them up.

BTW

Check out Rush, V&H, Samson, and Python.
Find a set you like and check for sounds on youtube. Also see what your local dealer has for used bikes with pipes, and fire them up and check them out.

BTW, X1rider, that is one BadA$s Fatty for sure man!
