I fell in luv with the freeways when I browsed Carlinis pics....keeping it cruiser plus comfort. Reduced reach and perfect for my wide shoulders was what I was after....then throw in some great lines for style.

Josewales - I have a 2011 FLSTFB and am thinking about going with Carlini 1.5" Freeway bars. I have a couple of questions. What new wiring did you need for the change over? Outside of: riser, wiring, bars and bushings, is there anything else I need for this?

I wish they made a set of 16" apes for springers in 1.25 diameter that didn't reduce in the center.

I like the Carlini Gangster's and was about to buy a set. But it just seems that everywhere I go everybody and their mom is running a set.. So I decided to give my money to Buky Bars instead. I have yet to install them though =P

they used to make a sweet beach bar, but sadly, no more. I would have bought from them had they still made them.

They've got a few options. You can order any of their 1.25 bars and get risers called diamond that will bolt directly to the springers existing bolts. They said they have them for the springers now, but it is not on the website. Or you can order the adapter plate and use any risers they have, which is what I did. Or the other option would be to change out the OEM riser bolts on the springer plate to have the correct thread pattern as standard risers.
