Default Fuel Pump fuse

I need to remove my tank on my '07 Heritage to run some wires down the frame. The service manual says to pulls the fuel pump fuse and run the engine til it stalls to deplete any fuel in the line before removing it. However, when I look at my fuse block, there is no fuse in the location indication by the manual. According to the manual, the fuse is #12 in the diagram. That is the only slot open on my bike and I don't know why. It has run fine for the two years I've owned it, so I know that can't be powering my fuel pump.

Any ideas?
