Or U could just install a new Commander II -Michelin 150-80-16 tire (26.05" dia), there are 1/2 inch taller than the Lops 150-80-16 (25.45) and will help to lower Ur Rpms.

On the tire calculator site that would be 2.4% less rpms or 1.4 mph faster on the speedo Vs the stock Lop tire at 60mph.
That would be 75% of the change of adding a new two tooth bigger Pulley on the front without changing anything except installing a new tire, which is better anyway.

I swapped out the stock 32 tooth front pulley with a 34 tooth. Amazing difference for super cheap. I know lots of people go from the stock 32 to a 30 for better acceleration, but I wanted easy hyway cruising. They are less than 75 bucks, and even though I had a shop install it, the total cost installed was still less that 200 bucks. I was able to use the same stock belt with just a minor adjustment. One of my best mods. I don't know the exact RPM drop because I did not have a tach then, but I lost exactly 4 mph on my speedo. I used every conceivable test and my stock speedo was exactly two mph high with the stock pulley and now its exactly two mph slow. IE, 70 read 72 on the speedo and now 70 reads 68. A highly recommended mod.

I got frisky when money I wasn't expecting came in this spring. I ordered a Baker 7speed. It gives me a slower 1st gear and keeps the same ratio in 7th as previous 6th. The 2011 Fatboy's 1st was just too high and made clutch slipping manditory in tight manovers and 6th gear was seldom needed here in AK because of our roads. I can only hope that I'll be happy with it but will report after I get it installed. Ot to be good in Montana on the way to Sturgis this fall though. Got passed by a pickup pulling a 6 horse trailer while I was doing 80. With better gear ratios and more gears I can only think it will improve mileage. I can only hope cause I'm putting in a S&S 124 in front of it.

Frisky? Understatement me thinks with Bakers pricing.
