nvsteve....Why did you replace BSS with Propipe? How do they compare in sound?
Thanks
I havea pretty strong95" build. 105hp/110tq.I made the change to see if I could pick up more or move the tq curve down the rpm range a bit.
The numbers actually went down just a bit with the Propipe but the motor comes on a bit quicker.
The BSS are louder with or without the quiet baffles. The Propipe is a bit more
mellow but will bark at full throttle.
My opinion is to find a system that sounds good and looks good to you.
Get it properly tuned and you will be happy.

I had V&H bigshot longs but now running Samson True Dual long Fishtails. I definately prefer Samson's sound over V&H now.
