I'd go with a little trim. Maybe like what's on the deluxe. No trim just looks like something's missing on these big fenders.

Default Go for the Heritage!

I broke my back a number of years ago and have rods and nuts&bolts holding my spine together. As a result I still have a funky right leg (nerve damage). I initially had an 08 Ultra Classic (FLHTCU) but found it too heavy and awkward handling at low speed. I eventually got rid of the Ultra and bought a 2004 Heritage Softail. Great Bike!! alot lighter than the FLH and as a result handles like a sportbike compared to the Ultra Classic. Seat height is very low making balance a snap and the suspension is excellent (I'm 6ft 220lbs).
The only complaint I have with mine is a lack of a 6th gear, but that has been fixed by Harley in later model years.
Great bike for touring or just a zip around town.

What driver's backrest is that? Is the bar going down each side part of it or an add on?

I'll buy that.

Let's see..........the Heritage is an Old Man's Bike, the Deluxe is a Chic's Bike..........so the Fatboy must be the Perfect Bike! Better get the Fatboy....maybe that's why the resale is so high! LOL.
