Haha wow folks, don't get your panties in a wad. I'm the type where I take pride in building over buying stuff (when I can) and don't have the money to fork over for things overpriced like this. But $50-$60 for some of these kits? How in the world is it worth remotely close to that??? It's two metal brackets that are powdercoated, nuts/bolts/washers, and a fuel line.

Nothing wrong with taking pride in doing things yourself, quite another when you join a forum and immediately start shooting your mouth off and calling other members idiots, or retards - yes I saw it before you (hopefully it was you) deleted it. I have family and friends with special needs children and take when offense people say/write stupid **** like that.

A little something else to consider; many of the guys you talked **** about are the very same ones that will bend over backwards to help you. They're also guys that, if needed, will send you a spare part if they have it without looking for anything in return, just pay it forward. So next time, if you don't have something constructive to add, I'd suggest keeping the wise *** remarks to yourself.

I'll agree that maybe I was a little harsh.....just stating my opinion that this thing is way too easy to make for me to fork out that kinda money for a few little pieces. And that's just an opinion like everyone else has. My bad folks...
