Default Lighting Problem - Brake light/turn signals

Well, I've spent an hour or so searching here and Google and still haven't found an answer, as well as reading through the service manual. Finally figured I'd have to post to see if someone can help out

First off, I've got a Panacea tail light with the flashing controller. The brake light stopped flashing quite some time back, but everything else worked fine. I recently bought a replacement controller and installed it while I was doing the top end build.

Now that I've got it all back together, I find that my brake light appears to be stuck on, and I have no turn signals. The front turn lights are constantly on, and the rears are off. When I rock the bike without the fob, the flashers work correctly. When I turn the ignition off, the turn signals and brake light all flash correctly.

I've removed the new controller (which does have the stock load equalizer installed), reinstalled the old controller, and tried removing the controller altogether with the same results.

I've unplugged the rear light, and still have no turn signals.

I've checked the accessory fuse, and it is fine.

What am I missing? Assistance is greatly appreciated, as I'm getting pretty frustrated at this point.

Roger
