Anybody seen or heard of lowers with a black wrinkle finish?

 

absolutely.. powder coating of course.. it's called "Hot Rod Texture Black"

 

I have never seen it but they do make the wrinkle paint that you can spray paint them with. I used gloss black becuase it matched the rims.

 

yes sir we have done them... look like this when done
