Or the question could be "do I have to use official Harley Davidson air in my tires? And if I use aftermarket air will it void the warrenty?"

Yea...I would think it would void your warranty. Unless you have the "Useage of Aftermarket Air (AA for short) is acceptable, but only up to 10lbs." clause in your warranty. Should be at the very bottom of your warranty....fine print.....
